zowie mouse crooked

So a few months ago I purched a zowie ec1-a and love it. The problem is that when resting on a flat level surface it rocks back and forth like a bad table when the legs aren't all the same length. The front left corner doesn't rest on the mousepad unless it rocks forward. On top of that, the mouse seems to want to rest on the edges of it's two large mouse feet so it effectively acts as 4 smaller feet/or because of this rocking problem 3 feet.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions what I might be able to do to fix it? I replaced the feet with the second set of feet that shipped with the mouse initially and like a dummy I didn't think to check to see if it still rocks with no feet on it. That actually made the problem worse though because apparently the old set had worn down unevenly and it made the rocking better but not perfect. Using some sandpaper I wore them down to try and replicate the wear from the old set but it doesn't quite seem to be enough.

Also I use a glass pad so this is super noticeable. I've switched to a cloth pad temporarily so that I can play without driving my self insane but I want my glass pad back.

Did you call ZOWIE yet? Or send an email? This sounds like something you can get replacement mouse for

Definitely sounds like a manufacturing issue. RMA it.
