It's been a very long time, but I am looking to get back into tf2. I played tf2 competitively way back in the day (2006?-2010) for a number of teams. Played a number of seasons of just about everything as this was back when esea was first starting to get big. I am looking for a relatively experienced demo to get me up to date on the current meta. I need help getting up to date on just the basic stuff, routes to mid, demo role in current meta, dm or ammomod servers, were I can grab some recent replays, and where to pug (mIRC still?). Any help would be very much appreciated. Here is a link to my profile:

My bad, it's been so long, just tried to guesstimate based on when I was playing in college.
