Hello. Im getting a new monitor and I dont know which to choose. All I want is 1080p and like 24 inches (I dont really care about size). Any you guys could recommend? Also, does 120hz really make a difference?

I don't believe the monitor listed above is 1080p actually, so I'd look into something else if that's really desired. You should look in this thread http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/331-the-120hz-monitor-thread for some good options.

120hz makes a huge difference. Everything is just so much smoother

this monitor is the best bang for your buck atm.

however if color reproduction is important (ie: you're doing photography) stay away from it.

There is a very good ICC color profile that you can install that has made it look pretty damn good to me.

Follow the directions roughly halfway through.
