i really like the corsair vengeance m60 to be honest, pretty inexpensive, looks nice, not terribly complicated. only problem i have is the software is kinda dumb for binds.

rumors of Deathadder 4g (could actually be a beta tester's box). Might want to hold off on a purchase.

With the current one (3.5g) you'll have to deal with high lift-off and really thin mouse feet which will cause the bottom of the mouse to scrape on the pad.

I used to use an MX518, liked the shape a lot + specs were decent, what I didn't like is the congealed sweat that hours of gaming coated the glossy surface with.

Now I have a Steelseries Sensei Raw, in the matte finish, and absolutely love it. Convinced it's the best possible mouse in that price range.

My mousepad is older than I am and it's the only thing I've used in the past couple years, so I'm the wrong person to ask about that.

gonna say hands down the goliathus for the mouse pad, get the extended version, 30 bucks shipped. make sure ur desk is big enuf
