Steam.exe disappeared

So as of yesterday the Steam executable (Steam.exe) decided to mysteriously disappear from its folder. I've tried downloading the Steam Installer to repair my current installation but all I can get is the following error:

Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file E:\Users\MyName\Downloads\target.msi

Any ideas? I currently can't play any of my steam games because of this.

EDIT: Nevermind this thread, just found Steam.exe.old and removed the .old extension and everything is working fine now. Please delete this thread.

There's no reason to delete this thread, who knows, maybe someone else will have the same problem and you just saved them some time.
