All heavies are invisible to me in tournament mode it seems, I can see them in pubs but whenever my or the other team runs a heavy in a match I cannot see them. The only part that is visible is the buff and the firing effect from the gun. As you can guess this is quite a problem, I can't see my heavies to heal them and I could just run into one and not notice. Anyone got any idea on what to do before I start reinstalling and pulling things apart to fix it?

its a new unlock from valve. they felt the heavy needed a buff.

'visible in pubs, but not comp' sounds like you have a skin installed that sv_pure doesn't like. Try deleting heavy-related custom files and verifying game cache.
