Loading as in retrieving server info etc. relates to the speed of your hard drive, not to your cfg. If anything, take a timer and time both 3 times to see what happens. Also make sure you're using max FPS for both.

There are no "new" Chris' cfgs. Chris stopped doing them long ago. If your old config gave you different results than your new one, it's because the config was different. Just set it up like you want it. Use tf2mate for maximum comfort.

chris' configs, the older ones are sorta out dated for the current steam engine.
