fps config thread

Looking to find the config that will give me the highest possible amount of frames as possible. I've seen in clips and videos where some people have made textures almost one color entirely.

To be clear I'm not referring to clean tf2 I tried that out and it had no impact on my game's performance. Currently I'm using mastercomfig at low settings.
