Has anyone tried this out yet and is this worth the download? Apparently, it removes the frame drops on BF3 so I was wondering if it would do the same for TF2.

alternatively use driver sweeper to remove leftover files from old drivers
(http://www.guru3d.com/content_page/guru3d_driver_sweeper.html)

the problem with drivers is that whenever you update drivers for video card for example, 95% of people do it incorrectly and this can cause different driver versions to overlap, thus causing framerate drops or another undesirable effects
