New UGC-steel 6`s team Looking for team mentor!

We are all close friends and we help each other out to improve ourselves everyday. We intend to be a team for a long time and we are taking 6`s seriously this season and so on. The one thing we lack is 6`s game sense and we drastically want to improve. We go over invite demo`s as a team whenever we can and we put in countless number of hours into MGE/DM/pugs etc.

Sorry if you felt i added too much information but we really want to improve as a team and get to know competitive TF2 more.
