Weird Ping in Certain Servers

I've been having high ping problems, but the weird thing is that it doesn't happen in every server. If you look at the screenshot, my ping is normal on the Tiny Little Robots server but the other servers are unplayable. I'd appreciate any help on this, thanks!

Where are you located? Is it possible that you have better ping on the Tiny Little Robots server because its closer?

I live in Washington (west coast) but I don't think that's the issue here because TN is also a west coast server and 300+ ping in any NA server is unusual.

have you tried running tracerts on servers outside of california
