i have a no resupply sound mod installed, and sometimes it works, but a common occurrence is that when i load up a server, instead of silence it is an ear-grating sound. i have tried snd_restart and restarting both the server and game. how do i fix this?

sounds blocked by sv_pure do that, probably the case here
