In my personal experience, I've found that the default sounds for the votekick system to be too loud, and having no sound for the votekick to be a bit confusing (not aware a vote is even happening, thus aiding the bot in staying on the server).
So I decided to create my own sound mod to try and strike what I believe is a balance in the voting sounds.
The audio files and a vpk are provided in the github link. You'll only need to put one or the other in your tf/custom folder.
