FPS config issues

ok so I have some players on my team that didn't have an fps config previously so I sent them my config so they wouldn't have to go through the whole downloading process and editing process etc. Both of the players I gave the config to experienced different problems and I've tried researching the issues without much luck.

The first issue we've come across is having viewmodels come back after dying once in-game. The only thing I can think of that would cause the value to change from 0 to 1 would be class specific configs but I have zero clue where those would be located if they even exist anymore. I have r_drawviewmodels 0 in the autoexec.cfg which is what I gave to them. I've checked to make sure they didn't have any other conflicting configs which they do not have. The only other thing she's downloaded for tf2 is a hud which she has said is quite outdated.

The second issue we've come across is something I'v never seen before and I don't know where to begin. Pic below is the issue.

Any suggestions?
