My game will rubberband and "spike" to 50ish ping from 20ish, but it will seem like 500 or something ping. I still can't figure if it's my computer or my internet; it feels like an internet problem as my fps doesn't drop, but I've reset my router and it doesn't seem to help. Any advice/help would be appreciated.
P.S.: It's my netgraph that shows it as a "minor" spike. Not going off of displayed ping as it doesn't even change really.

Powerline is a hit or miss imo, worth trying out if your situation is as bad as it is
You could also buy a 100ft cat6 cable for under 30$ and just wire it to your room
