I am not trolling 1st of all.
I just want someone who has an extremely strong grip (as medic) on controlling players regardless of their experience playing and has time to review things with me (1-2 demos/recordings a week). In the past I did this by keeping track of uber percentage/men up. But I had a pocket who would call pushes so we worked in tandem and I did regroup people to places that are beneficial to how we played (SYOPS). But with my new team this we have a strange structure and I really need to take on more of a larger leadership role. And my goal is to become a main caller who controls the overall game-flow even past the uber percentage.
I basically want one person who will review demos/mumble recording 1-2 days a week with me friday, saturday, or sunday.
I would prefer a medic with invite experience, but honestly anyone who has a strong command of others in IM would also be nice. I would prefer someone who is very honest with themselves and others.
I am extremely committed to improving myself as a player and a leader. I dont bite.
