Every hour at exactly hour:44 a window pops up for a millisecond that alt-tabs me out of my game but it does it when I'm not playing a game too and it doesn't happen if i've exited steam. It started when my csgo froze for a few minutes a few days ago when I first played with the new update. It's not really a problem but it's prety weird.
