Lovely Planet is almost kind of similar in that you play brief but challenging little levels in a first-person shooter. It doesn't have a slow-mo gimmick, though, if that's what you're looking for.

Oh yeah, ClusterTruck also has a bunch of short, challenging levels played in first person. It's about movement rather than shooting. It kind of has a slow-mo gimmick.
