This was the error message that appeared on my laptop just a bit ago. I never had a problem like this before, and this wasn't a one off thing. It appeared 5 consecutive reboots. My computer was working last night, but when I went to use it today, no files were loading.

Any idea about what might be causing this?

Edit: It's still running windows 7 professional, and, like I mentioned is a laptop, so I doubt it is a part incompatibility issue

No. Never was promoted to.

I never got new parts, so I didn't see the need.

A majority of the problems I see online involving a laptop have people updating their BIOS which a majority of the time helps. If not lmk.

Somehow factory reset my computer. Started it normally and the issue went away.

Always blame windows first. Because windows is always to blame.
