so this happens alot i start playing goldeneye (or any new game which is like 1gb+) which i just got and it runs at 50-100 fps constantly for about 5 mins then it my pc goes to a black screen then crashes

my pc is garbage but if a game runs at 50-100 fps constant should it crash? it also happened with csgo even with the settings lowered but it doesnt happen with tf2

my specs http://www.cnet.com/products/gateway-dx4300-03/specs/ (havent done anything to it except get a new monitor bc my other one broke (HP W2072a) and a new mouse (logitech mx518) also i got the pc like 1 month after it released so its been 6-7 years if im correct with it

Have you checked to see if your CPU is overheating?

http://openhardwaremonitor.org/

If the innards of your computer are really dusty, a good clean could help. Also make sure to check if your CPU cooler is dusty/loose.

Is the 67 C just when you turn it on or when the game is running? If it's under load that's pretty normal - if it's 60+ just idling then there is an issue with the CPU and cooling system.

Could it possibly be your graphics drivers? Maybe try reinstalling GPU drivers?
