Hey, I had some mouse issues so I installed legacy mouse driver, but tf2 was crashing. So I deleted the legacy one and I installed the newest one and tf2 is still crashing.
I verified game cache
I re-installed tf2
I deleted my cfg
I removed my hud
What else can I do? Any help is appreciated.

Try reinstalling tf2 completely follow this guide

Since you have already done the stuff at the top follow the steps under clean install of tf2.
