Better logs.tf graphs + nodecg bundle

If you remember the stats I maintained for i55, I have updated the tool behind it to allow adding new logs (the previous one just generated static images), use animated/interactive chart.js graphs, and view individual stats (which are a bit messy rn). There's also a NodeCG bundle if you want to add them to your streams. Logs change every ten seconds (which you can also do manually be clicking on them). I'll be using this to graph player stats for the upcoming DreamHack tourney + i58 (and maybe ETF2L)

A demo version based on the first 43 matches of the previous ETF2L season (I'll add more) can be viewed at http://vibhavp.duckdns.org:8080/. My internet is shit so the site may be slow.
