HUD keeps breaking

My HUD keeps breaking. Did a clean install, default HUD, custom HUD. All breaking randomly after I launch TF2 for the nth time. Everything showing top left for some reason.

Rename your custom folder temporarily and validate your TF2 files through the Properties in Steam and see if it still happens?

Does the following in console fix the issue when it occurs?

I'm not sure what causes this in particular but just pressing your inspect bind fixes ammo and health disappearing in huds.
