Need help with Launch Options

I had a friend tell me to put -default in my launch options, he said it'd give me better framea. It made my frames worse and I removed it from the launch options but the setting is still enabled. HELP

Put -autoconfig in the launch opts, launch the game, close it, remove -autoconfig from the opts, reinstall your old autoexec, launch the game.

Don't forget to back up your old autoexec because this will overwrite it
