Idk what I did but I clearly installed some adware and no matter how many times I use malware bytes to get rid of the shit it keeps coming back please help it's quite annoying!

how would one back up their hard drive in easy terms I'm not computer dude :( but I'm down to do it if it isn't that hard

If you didn't install anything important besides that adware, do a system restore to the closest point before installing adware
