how do i enable crash dumps for tf2?

i just got a new computer and tf2 has been crashing sometimes when streaming with obs and there are no crash dumps where they should be. anyone know why there are no dumps?

Only dumps for certain steam and tf2 libraries are caught and put there.

A solution to get all dumps is:

1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting
2. Create a new key called 'LocalDumps'
3. Your crash dumps will be here: %LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps

I'm not sure what you'll be planning on using them for since you can't really debug anything with them. The dumps are for the devs.
