-nohltv: disables SourceTV, faster startup and less memory usage but can't spectate through SourceTV

This launch option was causing me to get kicked from a few pub servers after playing for an arbitrary amount of time. The console message went something like this:

Disconnect: There was an error communicating with the server. Please reconnect..

Edit: This was actually false and the error came from a reserve slot system from the server I was connecting to.

SizzlingCalamaiSizzlingStats doesn't parse log lines/files, it reads data directly from game memory. For non scoreboard stats, it does custom game event handling and tracks the stats manually. At the end of tournament rounds, the stats are formatted and shipped off to the web server.

Using, I filtered out the svc_voicedata packets coming from the players that vulc didn't want. svc_voicedata contains the userid of who the packets are coming from, so it was just a quick guess of userid to filter out the right players.

Alternatively, you could use cl_voice_filter and set it to a string of all of the player names that you want voice from.

mastercomsI believe it works on clients, as clients still split packets if they're too big. Unfortunately, I don't have access to any source code that uses these split packet commands, so I can't be too sure about them.

Have you tried IDA Pro or something similar on the linux/osx binaries to find references to the splitpacket convars?
