there are couple of threads that are posted in wrong forum and alot of off topic posts on several threads, people flaming etc etc

so perhaps its a good idea to get some moderators here to regulate the forum.

Might aswell get some basic forum rules and implement infraction systems?

I agree. Something should be done about all the bad players having nice things said about them in their looking threads.
