ESEA Holiday Break?

Does ESEA run through Christmas and New Years or is there like a 2 week break? I'll be out of town for at least 2 weeks maybe 3 because of the holidays and unable to play. I want to know before the season starts because it'd be kinda shitty to my potential team if I wasn't able to play in 4-6 matches without letting them know ahead of time

I would definitely be interested in getting dates for those. This could determine whether I could start or back up this season.

Registration for S13 is now open and will remain so until Wednesday, November 28th, 2012 at 11:59pm CST. Once registration closes there will be a few days for teams to get acquainted with the system and to schedule their first matches, which will begin Sunday, December 2nd, 2012. Regular season action will continue for two weeks before a three week break for the holidays, with matches resuming on Sunday January 6th, 2013.

kinda seems like they should've just waited two extra more weeks, since it wasn't a long break after LAN.

Yeah playing only 2 weeks before a 3 week break is kinda silly. But then again, if they waited until Jan 6 to start that would be 3 months since the end of S12 regular season which is a pretty long time for all of the non-playoff teams.
