I use an interp of 0 and have always had a lerp of 15.2 but recently has changed and stayed at 9.9 on every server. Just curious as to what could cause the change if anyone knows

Interp is something like 1/cmdrate value, which is usually 66. Some servers allow you to set higher cmd/updaterate values, 9.9 interp is for 101. 101 is the setting used in optimized CS configs, but I use a .033 interp cap, so I really don't know any more.

Servers have a limit. Most have a limit of 66 but you would've been on one with 101 when you got 9.9 lerp.
