Is this possible? If so, where would I look? I can't seem to find anything about it anywhere and I can't find it in any of my HUD files, although I'm relatively new to HUD editing so I'm probably just missing it.

Look for TargetDataLabel.
Damn it seems to use the same thing as the indicator for a friendly medic's ubercharge percentage. Thanks for the help
