Health positioning problem

As far as I can remember, the icons for bleed and such are not able to be positioned themselves for whatever reason. You have to move the health panel inside hudlayout.res, then move the health values to their original locations, in order for the icons to move relative to the positioning of the health panel.

That probably sounded really weird.
