Twitch streams not loading

Hey tftv.

So for about a month now my internet has been really slow. Youtube videos would barely play and twitch streams wouldn't load at all (the infamous "loading video" error). Specifically, I thought the twitch error was because of how bad my internet was (centurylink doing dumb shit idk). However, I just loaded a twitch stream into IE and it played fine (for about 10 seconds before it buffered, because still bad internet). So now the problem is in my actual browser, Chrome.

I've already done the "disable all extensions" fix people suggest. What else is there that I can do? I'm stumped.

edit: clearing cache has allowed me to watch like five seconds of a stream before it buffers (this is most likely due to my net). I guess this thread has been solved then?
