I use a saitek cyborg v.3 mouse, pretty old and shit but I like the shape and its got a good dpi and im shit anyway, so i'd like to keep it if possible. However, it just recently started getting very twitchy, jumping around when I move it, and stuttering. If I try to play tf2 this results in my screen shaking and for everything else it's really annoying. Any ideas as to what the problem could be? I use a mousepad, cleaned that, tried on my wooden desk and same story. Tried it on the back of some white paper and my mouse goes absolutely spastic. I reinstalled drivers off saitek but did nothing. Also tried a different usb input, again nothing. Also restarted computer.

its most likely the lens under the sensor. open the mouse and clean and reseat the lens.

also please stop saying 'a good dpi' like it matters. 400 dpi is a good dpi.
