Before, I had no issue using this program. Now, after pasting "Setting ID_0x00738e8f = 0x00000078 UserSpecified=true" into the text file under the TF2 profile and importing, the game looks the same as if these changes are not going into effect. Is there something ridiculously simple I'm overlooking? The only thing that has changed is that I updated my driver.

It does work on the new drivers. If you set supersampling transparency mode to AA_MODE_REPLAY_MODE_ALL and have your lod the way you have it in your post it will be fine. I'm not sure if it's a setting in the SLI tool as I used nvidia inspector to configure this but it probably is there.

It's a weird work-around, and I'm not certain if it has any negative impact on fps, but it will make your textures look how they used to before the issues introduced after 306.97.

I'll give this a try. Thanks!

Boggy is right you need to set supersampling transparency mode to AA_MODE_REPLAY_MODE_ALL, it worked for me.
