My favorite recipe, for Memphis Von.

''Poulet à la moutarde'' (Mustard chicken)

1. White rice.
2. Chicken Breast slice in cubes. (You cook it with butter in a pan, for 3-4 minutes, just so it can be white and still not cooked inside)
3. You take Nature Yogourt(45%), Dijon Mustard (5%), Honey (3%), Worcestershire Sauce (2%), Mayo (45%), slice some green oignons, mix it all together, so it can give you SAUCE. (you need a lot of it)
4. Put the chicken in a bowl that goes into oven with the sauce and mix it together.
5. Let it cook in the oven for 30 minutes. (The sauce can boil with the chicken, so the chicken can get the taste)
6. Put Sauce + Chicken on rice.
7. Eat with a dark beer.
8. Enjoy life

credit cards are like alcohol

They can be useful if used sparingly or with great care, but they do prey upon the weakness of man and can destroy your life if unchecked

cannot argue

anyway, torn between the AA/Delta card or chase sapphire/amex gold. would love the miles, i do travel a lot, but the other two are good for dining... discover is cool but i've had cash back till now and would like something else.

now this topic needs the perfect steak recipe

Credit cards can be good for your credit if you use them responsibly and pay in full each month. Spending money irresponsibly and minimum payments/no payments are what destroys your credit.

Agreed.

My fiance uses his card and pays it off immediately when he gets home. A good rule of thumb is to never purchase something with your card that you can't otherwise afford.
