I just got off the phone with PayPal. The good news is that although Kyle currently cannot receive any more donations, there is no hold on his account preventing him from withdrawing the current funds. He has full access to everything you guys have donated thus far.
All Kyle has to do to remove the hold preventing him from receiving more donations is verify his identity. This process can take a few hours or a few days. I've told Kyle exactly what he needs to do, and he will do it when he has time.
Thank you all again for the tremendous outpouring of support. It means the world to Kyle, his family, and me.

I realized the other day that Kyle and his family haven't seen any of the kind donation comments you guys have made with your donations. I exported them all to a spreadsheet and sent it to Kyle so him and his family could see them all. Hopefully it puts a smile on their faces.
