Hexchat not playing sounds?

Alright, like a lot of people, I've been using atf2 to use pug.na and mix, but since that went down a few days ago, I installed and started using Hexchat. I got everything working except for highlighting, no matter what I do, it doesn't play any sounds. here's what I've done:

One thing which is probably important is that Hexchat doesn't show up in the volume mixer (This thing)
