Definitely paddie for pocket, alle for demoman, and Raymon for medic.
I would say yomps and Freestate are tied for best flank scout. Corsa and PurpleShirt were probably the best at there respective classes, but those were so close with b4nny and -blaze & Drackk, respectively.

KonceptGravelpit seems like it'd be cool to bring back, but the mention of it has me wondering if more attack/defend CP maps have been considered for play outside of gravelpit
there's a map called cp_alloy made by Phi (sunshine, reckoner, and cardinal) and Yrr (bagel) that's similar to gpit.
