I don't know if its cause I'm autistic and can't understand what everyone means but I can't understand why people are hating on me for not wanting a player who has been caught cheating twice to be allowed to play this game outside ETF2l.

He says it and gets plus fragged. I make the same argument and everyone calls me retarded. Droso and NiCO have said they want to continue playing with a cheater. I make an argument that it shouldn't be allowed and everyone (the French/Belgians) lost their shit.

This is the only game where a player who has been caught cheating TWICE would be allowed to play in non-etf2l tournaments (with prize money) and on lans (it has recently been proven you can hack on lans.) This is because TF2 is a small game so some stupid people think they can get away with this. I will show you a few examples of people defending cheaters because they are friends.
