i currently try to record my problem for the community and to send it to valve if it is really a problem caused by the update

I have a problem since I installed a new config (mastercoms) and deleted all of my previous stuff, my medi gun beam behaves weird.
e.g if i flick to my targets it starts healing the target for 0.2 seconds and then disconnects and i need to click it again.
i made some testing and its acutally if 2 teammates stand exactly next to each other and the medigun kinda gets confused its especially annoying if i try to heal ppl in chokes and i suddenly dont heal anyone at all and just notice a bit late because i never really experienced that before the update or before i switched configs i dont know what caused it.
any help ?
