#20 Dragon Ball Super in Music, Movies, TV

not only does dragon ball super take place immediately after the fight against kid buu, it also seeks to re-adapt battle of gods and resurrection f. the show also plans on progressing even further (and here are some minor spoilers if you're interested).

so basically, if we're going to be canonically accurate, dragonball super begins immediately after the fight with kid buu, but before the last few episodes of dbz (which is set like 15 years in the future & majin buu is resurrected as uub). hell, maybe that last episode of dbz will be tossed away as not canon.

#2 Logitech G303 $30 @ Bestbuy in Hardware

i think the most underrated part of logitech mice is the force needed to actuate the mouse buttons.
for context, i upgraded to the g303 from the zowie fk1 after learning about the fk1's click latency.

not only does the g303 have instantaneous actuation, the force needed to actuate the buttons is extremely minimal.

with the zowie fk1, i average 210 to 230 ms on humanbenchmark.com's reaction time test.
with the logitech g303, i average 170 to 180 ms (and this is with lightboost on my vg248qe enabled).

the difference is shocking.

the tracking is just as accurate as the zowie fk1 while also having a higher maximum tracking speed, so it is easily a direct upgrade (and i haven't had a single issue with the logitech gaming software; it seems to run a lot better than the g9x days).

and if you're comparing logitech mice, the g303 is free of the various issues that the g502 (not only is it logitech's heaviest mouse, you may get one with this issue), g402 (also buggy tracking), and g400s (smoothing) have.

more subjectively, my grip varies a lot depending on what i need to perform, and it's much easier to switch between palm, fingertip & claw grips with small mice than with large mice.

also, you can TBF and block rush really easily with logitech mice if you play gunz the duel (not like any1 here besides kev and me have, but it's pretty much impossible without an extremely lightweight chassis & sensitive buttons)!!!

i could sing praise for days!!!

p.s. it tracks just fine on the puretrak talent, the artisan hayate, & the qck heavy

#2 Windows 8.1 Malfunctions in Hardware

your RAM may have improperly saved to hiberfil.sys

i've had a soft-crash happen once out of the tens of thousands of times i've restarted, but it cleared itself up after a cold boot (which may have been likely the reason why it seemingly fixed itself -- you weren't doing a "hibernate boot", but rather a completely clean boot.)

run "sfc /scannow" in cmd (ensuring that it's running in administrator mode) & do a memtest.
also, please confirm if you're using secure boot (your BIOS/UEFI should tell you.)
if it happens again, please let me know.

#10 Does fps_max cause input lag when turning? in Q/A Help

it's basically mandatory to have a cap if you're playing on a local server (or even private MGE) with a modern computer though
the timescaling is wack past 999 fps

#4 TF2 update for late 7/3/15 (7/4/15 UTC) in TF2 General Discussion

- Valve official quickplay and matchmaking servers are no longer listed in the server browser

it would be fairly resourceful to temporarily deploy empty quickplay servers for competitive matchmaking. for instance, they could have it set to tournament mode until the end of the match, stall all entities & display the scoreboard similar to the end-screen of a CS:GO matchmaking game, then boot everyone off and restart the server for quickplay until necessary.

otherwise, i'm not too sure why this would be done.
