In pugs, I have definitely had negative experiences with Milan where he can sound condescending and rude or get in arguments with other players, but I feel like the same could be said of a lot of people, including myself. After trying him out for a week or so, all that behavior went out the window and he was fine to play with. He has a good understanding of the game and good DM. I think he has potential as long as he can show that he can maintain that good type of attitude for an entire season. I also think he would benefit from joining an established team rather than trying to lead one.
