honestly i thought it was fishy when he went from 70dpm to 300 right before the season started

N3voEemes, celvn & I are gonna be playing drinking games tonight while pugging. Feel free to get some booze and join us. We're still trying to come up with clear rules, so you can send us suggestions (if anybody still has the Sideshow drinking game from the 2 Men Lan vid that would be a godsend).
As much as drinking games can be fun if you join in drink at your own pace and don't overdo it: its meant to be fun, the goal is NOT to throw up on your keyboard. We'll probably start around 10 and keep going until it dies or we have enough. Catch you guys tonight!

isn't that what negotiating servers is for? not sure how it works in ESEA but in ETF2L you can negotiate a server, and if you can't agree there's rules for deciding which maps get played on which teams' server

SpaceCadetAre these ever going to include any off-classing rules? At this point, you basically rely on the other team to play the game properly but nothing in the rules can keep them from ruining the experience by off-classing the entire match.
pugs/lobbies have offclassing rules because you try to simulate what most people do in officials because it's harder to coordinate to shut down offclassers. in officials, everything's fair game, except the cheese strats that class limits try to reduce

the swiss seems to give reasonably close matches after the first couple games, except if you're unlucky and there aren't many similar level teams playing. having divs might reduce the number of games needed to get the thing over with (2 4/5 hour days is a bit much imo) but then you have issues that they need to be manually seeded and people will always complain
