I recently got an HTC 10 and am enjoying it so far. May not be too important to you but it's got some of the best audio of any smart phone which was the main reason I chose it. Probably better stuff out there if you don't care about audio quality though.

need help sleeping at normal times

This summer my sleep schedule was fucked (staying up till 6am on the regular then sleeping in) but I found in order to fix it the easiest/most effective thing was just to stay up all night and make sure to exercise and whatnot to avoid falling asleep the next day, then take melatonin a bit before a normal bedtime and read in bed or whatever. I'm pretty sure jerking off makes it easier to fall asleep as well (at least for me I found it I close my eyes right after I would be super tired and have no trouble getting to sleep)
In your case I world definitely try to see a doctor because it's been happening for so long.
