A bit off-topic, but I remember that you could rapidly switch between medigun and another weapon to make uber last about 2 or 3 seconds longer on yourself as a medic. Pretty impractical, considering you can't heal anyone during this time and you're vulnerable to damage while the medigun isn't equipped. I've used it in a useful situation maybe once or twice in my entire time playing.

I was a part of Pure Gaming when TF2 was released, which had a handful of different divisions. A bunch of people from each division tried it out, and eventually we made a beta scrim team (which famously had Basher if anyone remembers him forever ago). Pure, The Doctors, and The Experiment were the top 3 teams back then (with maybe Turmoil right behind, running off of foggy memory).

Well, the first CEVO tournament happened and we choked it up pretty hard. Pure.TF2 died immediately and pretty much everyone quit except me (though I did temporarily stop playing TF2 to play CoD4 competitively for a couple of months. In before the 9/11 tribute :D). I pugged with Experiment a bunch before and after Pure.TF2 died, so eventually when Dion left, I came in.

What #6 said. Would wait a little while, because I think 7 is a safer bet for now.

Foger makes up a bunch of bullshit and makes a ton of promises he can't keep. Most of these promises are shit that you won't even care about, like "aww man im gonna get ur team new processors and start paying u guys monthly salaries". At the end of the day, all you care about is getting a trip to LAN with your travel and potentially your hotels paid for, perhaps your league fees too. Even excluding his unrealistic and unnecessary promises, he will still fabricate how much money he's promising you, which is horribly inconvenient for a team that qualifies for LAN.

The best I can say about him is that he has put out some money towards our flights and league fees, despite the incredible hassle. I seriously don't know how he hasn't figured out that if he's honest, realistic, prompt, and truthful at all times, he'll stop getting this bad reputation that has been following him since day 1. I respect that he's trying to run a gaming organization, but he's not doing it properly, and it outright looks horrible. How about instead of you making a "our reputation" page on explaining why everything thinks you're nothing but trouble, you actually start being straightforward and let your reputation speak yourself thereafter?

I don't ever see him cleaning up his act, just because I believe that compuslive lying is just a part of personality and that will probably never change considering he's an adult and not 13 years old. If constantly receiving the run around is your thing, then sure, get involved with him. However, he makes thinks 100x more difficult than they need to be, so unless he's a last resort, I would look elsewhere.
