New matchmaking site similar to Tf2lobby

It'd be great if the matchmaking system could at least attempt to balance the teams. Lobbies are generally rolls, especially when there are new players in classes like Medic or Demo.
Make sure no country has an extreme ping at the nearest server, it'd suck if the lowest ping you could get through the matches was over 150.
Very interested in the results, good luck! The community is with you.
