#1 Shield charge glitch/exploit? in TF2 General Discussion

been noticing a few demoknights who seem to have perfected the art of charging with their shields: They do full loops in their charges and have full control over turning, doing ridiculous charges sometimes involving two full circles before shield bashes.

They're not even using the Ali Booties.

I was wondering if anyone knew about this? I've seen it in lobbies and MGE.

medigun won't be allowed unless it has popular enough (and balanced) statistics, which I highly doubt Valve is capable of.

crumpetfzero I want you to point out where the specific threat with specific actions against specific people or places is in that quote
saying "bad shit is going to happen in the future" isn't a fucking threat, its a fact.

stop defending him, it's not like they're suing him or anything. If they are, he can get a lawyer. Defending him only makes the discussion go on and on and on.

#3 Steam won't save to the right hard drive in Hardware
disengagesteam > settings > downloads + cloud > steam library folders

I THINK

I've been exploring that, but I can't figure out how to get it to work. It's set the desktop as the default and is too stubborn to get rid of it, and when I try the other things it always says "NO BYTES USED" and nothing is downloaded

it also keeps complaining that the folder must be empty

#1 Steam won't save to the right hard drive in Hardware

FIXED

Recently I've gotten a computer that is, well, ridiculous. For some reason, when installed it had two hard drives, one with about 50 gigabytes of space and another with nearly two terrabytes. But by default, the computer had installed everything on the 50 gigabyte hard drive, and thus Steam complained that there was not enough space for TF2 to install.

Anyhow, I merely moved Steam to the Terrabyte hard drive, and everything went well for a while. I deleted all the steam related folders from the smaller hard drive to make sure it never got mixed up.

Then today I log on to Steam and find that nothing is installed. TF2 hasn't been, apparently, and there's no room to install it. But there's still the about 99% empty Terrabyte hard drive. For some reason Steam is trying to use the old one again.

Does anyone know how I can get it to use the larger folder? All help appreciated!
