Basically there's very few situations where the -10 hp actually matters. Most medics feel the urge to pop at less than 100 hp, not when they're at 10. 20% uber is actually really significant and makes it better than all the other melees and so it is like the danger shield in that if one med uses it the other is forced to as well.

Really the ubersaw is better for everyone. It's not stale like the vita saw, and it makes for some exciting plays every now and then.

Though I would still say he's one of the best medics in the game, he's just out of his prime perhaps.

If our goal is to get multiple LAN tournaments within the community, not just a valve sponsored one, then realistically we should only be experimenting with class limits of 5 or 6 right? One problem with 9s was that it's too expensive to fly that many people out and computer costs and blah blah blah. So if that's still a realistic problem with 7s or 8s then we can just ignore those unless we can't find something we can all agree with in 5s or 6s right?

is it a problem with the map perhaps? Have you tried joining a casual server?

They do this in dota during the international as well for the same reason. No real reason why this shouldn't be enforced
