So you have recruitment, make sub category for Scout, Pyro, Soldier, Demo, Heavy, Engie... And so on. That away those who need a scout fast, can just sift through the few scout applicants.

In Unreal Tournament 3 they made some really low quality textures to reduce frame rate lag. I know the m0res config and chris config help a lot. Makes even the most got awful integrated laptop video cards run TF2.

But like I was saying UT3 has low resolution textures that sometimes not always increases FPS, but it this a viable option? I mean take it back and re use the old TFC or Quake textures and make TF2 look like a complete crappy graphically inclined child?

Well lets say this:
Player "a" is well known everyone loves her for the nudes. So she enters the competition to make a HUD. She goes about to all the forums in the world post saying "You up-vote my entry, you get nudes."

Player "b" is a guy like me, no one knows me, I don't go out and give nudes.. I tried didn't work over Xbox Live... So I lose because I am not known, nor did I go out and "advertise" my HUD.

So what I tried saying is this:
Player "a" will be entry number 1, for person "Z" to vote yes or no.
Player "a" will be entry number 78, for person "X" to vote yer or no.
Player "b" will be entry number 2, for person "Z" to vote yes or no.
Player "b" will be entry number 1, for person "X" to vote yes or no.
